By accessing or using the Spirits e-run platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

The Spirits e-run platform ("Platform") provides tools and facilitates communication and interaction between users for the purpose of engaging in fair and lawful negotiations and trades.
Users are solely responsible for their own actions. Spirits e-run, its owners, management, employees, and affiliates (collectively, "Spirits e-run") are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from negotiations or trades facilitated on the Spirits e-run platform.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform and any transactions conducted through the Platform comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Spirit e-run makes no warranties that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The Platform will meet the user's requirements.
• The Platform will be secure.
• Any information obtained through the Platform will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

Spirit e-run" shall not be liable for any:
Losses or damages: Losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, arising from or related to:
The use or inability to use the Platform.

• Any transactions or negotiations conducted on the Platform.
• Any interactions between users on the Platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of user accounts.
• Any interruptions or disruptions to the Platform.
• Any viruses or other malicious code that may infect a user's computer or device.

Disputes: Any disputes arising between users, including but not limited to disputes regarding the quality, quantity, delivery, or payment for goods or services.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spirit e-run from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• the User's use of the Platform
• the User's violation of these terms and conditions
• the User's violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• the User's infringement of any third-party rights

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Modifications

Spirit e-run reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications shall constitute acceptance of such modifications.

This software is licensed for use by authorized users only, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable license agreement.

Prohibited Uses

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission, display, or performance of this software is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Unauthorized copying: Making copies of the software for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by the license agreement.
